Committee on Special Permits meeting as a Committee of the Whole followed by Committee on Finance sitting as a Committee of the Whole

Committee on Special Permits meeting as a Committee of the Whole:

1.   Petition by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, LLC, 185 Dartmouth Street, Suite 402, Boston, Massachusetts 02116 for a special permit pursuant to 1985 Woburn Zoning Ordinances, as amended, Section 23.4.2 for a special permit to allow restaurant and retail uses at the premises located at 120 Commerce Way, Woburn, Massachusetts 01801.

 

2.   Petition by Burbank LLC, 16 Highland Street, Woburn, Massachusetts 01801 for a special permit to allow alteration of a nonconforming structure and use (three family dwelling) by razing existing structure and replacing with a new three family dwelling at 25 Hawthorne Street, Woburn, Massachusetts 01801.

 

3.   Planning Board relative to clarification of a condition concerning signage in s special permit issued to New Creek II LLC at 425 Washington Street, Woburn, Massachusetts 01801.

 

Committee on Finance, sitting as a Committee of the Whole, immediately following Committee on Special Permits meeting as a Committee of the Whole:

1.   City Auditor to discuss a breakdown of local receipts Actual vs. Projection; Update on Free Cash and Stabilization accounts; Update on any temporary borrowing; Update on hiring of Assistant Auditor; Update on Library State Grant and Update on Hurld/Wyman – MSBA Reimbursement.

 

2. City Auditor to discuss the two-year cash flow of all revolving accounts including a periodic breakdown of the account balances over the same period.

 

Any other matters that may be legally before the Committees.
